Established in 1989, Masterpiece Landscaping Ltd. is a leader in landscape installation and maintenance.  Masterpiece Landscaping provides a practical approach to artistic creativity while servicing your grounds, ensuring each project is truly unique to each client. We are committed to providing the highest quality landscape services to our clients through engaging our clients during the planning, installation, and maintenance phases of a property. To ensure the longevity of our company, we seek repeat and referral business achieved by customer satisfaction in all areas including timeliness, attention to detail and service-minded assertiveness.  Creating lasting beauty though Landscape Gardening is fundamental in our success.

Our Process

Talk To Us!

Contact Masterpiece Landscaping Ltd. to arrange an initial visit. To help make this visit as productive as possible, determine a general scope of project, specific ideas that interest you, and a comfortable budget to invest.

Survey & Estimate

After determining which course of action is most appropriate, we will survey the grounds as needed and take appropriate measurements. We will set up a second meeting to review the proposed estimate or design concept proposal. 

Estimate Review

During our second meeting we will review the estimate or design concept proposal.  Once an agreement is made regarding the timeline, scope, and budge of a project, we may sign a contract and ask for a 25% down payment. Down payments are necessary to be placed on the installation schedule and allow for material procurement to begin.  An additional 25% down payment will be needed prior to starting the project.

Implementation

During the installation of your project, you will work with your respective designer/project manager.  We hope you will have the opportunity to learn the technical aspects of your project, enjoy watching as project milestones are met, and understand how your project came to fruition.

Project Close

Upon the completion of your project, your designer/project manager will conduct a final walkthrough of the project, go over the final billing, and discuss the best course of maintenance to protect your investment.
